     Support :

   - Increased rainfall in the rainy season could affect public health. Outbreaks of infectious diseases        diseases deadly tropical climate and is often associated with changes in climate patterns one of            which is an outbreak of dengue fever.

   - The number of patiens each year be increased from 95% and the patients are children under the           age of 15 years.
