DEATH PENALTY

In this century many crimes that happened in the world. Crimes always grow up in every year in every country, so the law should be hard for every single people that do crime and also to make them know the effect of do the bad thing. However, crimes is also have divided between serious crime and usual crime because crime is not always talk about murder, kidnap, or rubber something so should be there the justice that decide where are the serious crime or not. Serious crime is one of bad thing or something that people do if it is not take care in the appropriate way there would be some disorder that come up in the world, so the only way to make them cure or disappear the desire of to do the serious crime the government make some law of the death penalty to reduce that, but as we know the decision about to make the law of the death penalty would be make some pro and contra.  Should the death penalty allowed ?
      

 Pro of the death penalty because there is no different between victim that killed by the murderer and the murderer that kill by punishment of the government however the murderer deserved that he/she did . Furthermore, we can save innocent lives. Another reason the pro of the death penalty is to make them know or think before do the crime and the punishment of they deserved it, If there is no death penalty, then the murderer think  he/she  felt  just could  get out in 10 years or less from prison. There is no fear of death for his/her .  Then, murderer get out of prison early and murder again.       

Unfortunately, The contra of death penalty is there is no humanity of someone when take away the life of someone and the life of someone just judge it by the justice. Human life is decided by their life and their way when someone takes it off their life is not really good humanity of the justice because there are two lives to think about and giving second chance to the murderer because they should be given a second chance to correct himself. Even the murderer should be given this privilege. They are also human beings and in any fit of thought if he/she performs any inhuman activity then his whole personality should not be scaled by his act. He/she should be given another chance to improve himself and make himself fit for the society            

I thought the conclusion of the death penalty is however people are deserved life their own way and life with they want it, but when someone life take away by somebody automatically they take away another human life too, if they do that it is fair they are deserved it too killed by their act and actually is make it there is no revenge between the victim of the family and criminal of the family.

Should There A Difference Sport for Men and Women?
The sport is much more important than a healthy hobby. As has been demonstrated in a study, active participation in sport a positive influence on the social life of a teenager, improve self-esteem and even academic achievement. There should also be no doubt that exercise is very beneficial activity for both men and women. The problem, should be distinguished sports for men and women?

First, both men and women are equally able to do all kinds of sports. The less the sports contested in the Olympics which is only reserved for men or women only. Anyway, the law says if there is no baseball teams woman at a middle school, a student of the woman can be a player on the men's team the school, though the male students can not do the same for the women's team because the player's son is already widely represented in the world if raga. Here is that trends and public opinion about the sport always changing according to the times and the general tendency is to make all kinds of sports can be played by both sexes because there are no objective reasons to mention that particular sport should be played by a specific gender.

Second, that men when compared to women, is much more interested in the sport is just cheap propaganda that is based on the myth misguided. No one else agrees research this assumption. In fact, women are as interested as men in terms of sport at their young age. However, due to the influence of social, traditional values, and pressure from peers, she finally became withdraw from activities and sports events. As a result, women become accustomed to a more calm and less desire to play the sport actively. Other factors that influence a woman's choice to spend their leisure time is, of course, education and examples of parents as well as the opportunities that exist in society. As a reference, the more developed a society, both economically and socially, the thinner their sporting distinction caused by the difference in the sexes.

Conclusion, exercise is very beneficial and therefore no human being in this world that are restricted to do so in modern society either for reasons of race, age, gender, or even a person's character. Sports allows children and our young people to be confident, expand their circle of friends and relationships, as well as introducing them to positive activities that could be later be a job or a lifetime of enjoyment. Distinguishing man or woman to play different types of sports clearly erroneous. Alassan objective reasons why people choose one sport than another is because of personal preferences, individual physical capabilities and infrastructure facilities in the environment in which they live.

          There are many test or Examination in Indonesia, especially one of it is National Exam. National exam is a test  which is held by the state, and the time is 3-4 days.  All of the students from Elememntary School until Senior High School who are in the final level or in the end of their grade have a duty to take this exam. The destination is to advance and receive the value of National Exam students that for to go to a higher level. The held of National Exam has a support and rejection from the people.

           It is one of the reason to be the goal indicator of education. That means mostly who are Support it thought National Exam encourage students to study harder. National Exam was needed to refresh for previous study that students had studied for 3 years and proved that was not useless. It is not mistake from National exam if many students desperate and frustrated, but that cause the does not seriously study before National Exam wii be held and the deficientcy of moral and motivation from school. The value or report of National Exam is one of the requirement used for go and up to higher level.

              Unfortunately, Some people were not thinking like that, and they disagree and reject the held of National Exam. That means mostly who are reject it thought National exam is useless think because so many cheat from student to get value of National Exam. The primary destination of National Exam has changed from encourage student become to transaction of National Exam answer that make waste much money and just care about the value, but not the knowledge. As a result the value of students got was not honest and pure. That is the irony of the education in our country, Indonesia.

            So the conclusion is, the National Exam was not fully approved by citizens. The government still can not determine whether the National Exam should not be conducted anymore or keep extend. Therefore, until now National Exam is still continuing, but the cheat and fraud still happened too. The quality of education and the teaching in Schools should be improved. As the result, there are will not a fraud anymore and the quality of the students itself really will increase.

Rampant crime have recently made people feel worried, especially women. Rampant sexual crimes committed by human beings who are not human. A crime which is very harmful for others. As events are overwritten a 14-year-old girl who was raped by 14 youths causing the girl died. Lack of self-awareness to protect women is very high. Other factors can also be influential in this incident. Among other things, the nature of woman who likes to wear revealing clothes and make the opposite sex disrespectful. So how should the punishment received by the defendant?

Some time ago, news of the death penalty will be imposed on the suspect. However, not a few people agree with this sentence. They think that life imprisonment and rehabilitation for them is enough. Not a few perpetrators of sexual crimes are minors. Either because of environmental factors or family. The perpetrators were minors will receive coaching by the government, while the perpetrators to the age of 17 years will still be sentenced to death.

Besides the death penalty, the sentence "emasculated" the government also had an option to make the perpetrators of crime deterrent. Punishment "emasculated" performed by injecting hormones. Hormones are widely available and are generally used is Depo-Provera. But in this case the community is also not fully supported. They assume that the sentence "emasculated" This will not stop them because the action is only temporary and does not last a lifetime.

In this case the role of government to decide what should be done to the perpetrators. The government should also move quickly to combat this crime. Other factors that also affect these crimes dalah environment and family. The family as much as mungin provide understanding of early childhood so that they understand how they should act. Supervise any activities of children, to whom they associate, and how their behavior. The government must also protect the victims so that they feel safe.

                                  Dayak

     There are many tribes in Kalimantan, they live in harmony and peaceful coexistence, mutual help among tribes, including the Dayak Bekumpai, Dayak Benuaq, Dayak Kenyah, Dayak Mali, Dayak Meratus and many others tribes that I can said, the simbol of dayak tribes is the head or the beak and the feather of the Hornbill bird, the dayak tribe follows the philosophy of the Hornbill, how they lived, how they suvive in nature, how they take care of their wife, children and family, but there is alot of question about are they sure, following the philosophy of the Hornbill with killing them ? Using the head, beak, and the feather for the dance accessories ?
     Dayak Kenyah using the head, beak and feathers of hornbills to further induce mystical aura in their dance, because they believe that their ancestors came from the sky and down to earth resembles hornbills. Therefore, the Dayak Kenyah community respect and glorify hornbills. So it can serve as a Hornbill Dance of Dayak Kenyah homage to the origins of their ancestors. The feathers of hornbills have always held an important role in any traditional ceremonies and traditional dances and other forms of hornbills found in many engravings Dayak Kenyah.
     Before the further discussion about this, the addition of the Dayak and mystical things, hornbills population has begun to diminish, if the Dayak always use Hornbills and kill them, the population is on the wane and the unwitting be extinct.  
     Hopefully Dayak no longer use the hornbills as the property of their dance, Dayak loves hornbill very much, they guard, preserve, and protect it from hunters who are not responsible, and hopefully dayak able to realize that there are many options besides using hornbills as property to dance, because Dayak certainly don't want the population of their Hornbills decrease and extinct.

Cats is the most popular pet in the world, most boys and girls love to keep cats. They help an individual to achieve a healthy state of mind and playing with our cats makes most of us happy. They are friendly and a beautiful animal.

Cats are gentle and playful, they love playing with the children, they also can make us relax and enjoy. That its way cats can help an individual to achieve a healthy because of cats we free from stress.

Cats have a lovely round face, four legs, two ears, two eyes and a tail. The cat’s body is covered with soft, silky hair and has four short legs and sharp claws hidden in the fleshy pads. Cats are different colours. It has sharp teeth and sharp claws.

In conclusion, cats make very good pets. With a cat's body we can ignore the cats without worrying that they will destroy the house or make too much noise, at least for the life style, cats make an excellent choice for a pet.

Also, by using elevator, tourists can go into the top of tower and can see whole view of Paris city.

The Eiffel tower is one of the romantic place because Eiffel tower has become the icon for a city of paris and france. So if you visit to the Paris you must come to eiffel tower, if not come to the Eiffel tower mean that you not come to Paris. You can enjoy dinner at the Tour d’Argent when evening and with many light show in your romantic dinner. And even Tourists can go into the top of Eiffel tower. At the Eiffel tower has many views such as seine river, beautiful garden, and many games at there.

The reason why the Eiffel tower is the icon for a city of Paris and France because there are many reason such as the Eiffel tower is the biggest structure in the country of Paris and Eiffel tower  is the tallest structure in Paris. The tower is 324 metres (1,063 feet) tall although Eiffel Tower is the tallest man made structure in the world for 41 years and now could surpassed by the Chrysler Building in New York. The Eiffel Tower is one of the best man-built structures and the popular building in the world. The Eiffel Tower was originally built as the entrance arch for the World's Fair in 1889. Eiffel tower is an iron lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. The Eiffel Tower is made of iron and weighs around 10000 tonnes, and around 50 tonnes of paint are added to the Eiffel Tower every 7 years to protect it from rust.The Eiffel Tower is the most visited monument in entire world, around almost 7.1 thousand people came every years. The design has been recreated around the world because Eiffel tower is very popular, so every country has design of the Eiffel tower.
           

The Eiffel tower is wonderful building that is the tallest structure in France until the construction of a military transmitter in the town of Saissac in 1973. There is thousands of lights flash in the hour of the evening, with the light shows and the location of the tower that were nearby to sein river, makes the Eiffel Tower as a more romantic place and wonderful building.

In conclusion, Eiffel tower is the favorite place almost every people around the world. There are many reason why many people interested to visit Eiffel tower and become choose Eiffel tower as romantic place in destination for holiday and honeymoon.

Because of these reasons we can say a smart phone a miniature computer with the similarities of a simple phone.

With the growing speed of technological advancement, Smart phones have become the essential components of our daily performance. As we look for convenience, we also respect the devices, which can combine multiple features and which give us more mobility and entertainment. On the one hand, we need speed, quality, and effectiveness on the other hand, these features should be combined in a solution small enough to carry it in the pocket.

Avocados are commercially valuable and are cultivated in tropical and Mediterranean climates throughout the world. They have a green-skinned, fleshy body that may be pear-shaped, egg-shaped, or spherical. Commercially, they ripen after harvesting. Avocado trees are partially self-pollinating and often are propagated through grafting to maintain a predictable quality and quantity of the fruit. This limitation, added to the long juvenile period, makes the species difficult to breed. Avocados are usually grown from pits indoors. The fruit is not sweet, but distinctly and subtly flavored, with smooth texture. Avocado oil is expensive compared to common salad and cooking oils, and mostly used for salads or dips. Avocados contribute nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, including 4% of the recommended Daily Value (DV) for vitamin E, 4% vitamin C, 6% folate, 8% fiber, 2% iron, 4% potassium, with 81 micrograms of lutein and 19 micrograms of beta-carotene. The avocado is popular in vegetarian cuisine as a substitute for meats in sandwiches and salads because of its high fat content. Generally, avocado is served raw, though some cultivars, including the common 'Hass', can be cooked for a short time without becoming bitter.
