When the visitors want to see the traditional transaction they are recommended to go to Lok Baintan Floating Market, because the seller usually use barter as their transaction to their fellow.

The other unique destination that has the strong characteristic in Banjarmasin is Flower Island. The uniqueness of this island is not because there are a lot of flowers, but because there are a lot of mongkeys who lived freely in this island. To get to Flower Island, visitors need to cross the river by using jukung, because Flower Island is located in the middle of the Barito river. This island is usually the visitor’s favorite place to go.

The famous Barito River is also get in to the visitors entry list. Beside going to the floating market and Flower Island, they are usually also requesting to travel along the Barito river. Most of people who requested to travel along this river are usually curious about the Barito bridge, because this bridge is ever nominated as the longest suspension bridge at Southeast Asia.
