Jogging has become quite popular activity to do, to be part of efforts to maintain a healthy body condition. In addition to not require a cost, jogging also provides many benefits for the body, such as improving the quality of sleep, strengthens bones of the foot, keeps the body fresh.
Sleep problems usually occurs is disturbed sleep or insomnia, and when you wake up the body felt weak, and not fit. It shows that the quality of our sleep less well. Jogging is able to accelerate time to sleep, and sleep became more soundly, compared to those who did not undertake jogging.
Activities jogging can burn fat and increase metabolism of the cells of our muscles and bones. The movement that is active on the feet will make bone cells more rapidly metabolized. It is good for cells to replace the damaged bone and replacing them with new cells. So our bones will be more solid and stronger.
With jogging, the body's lungs filled with fresh air so as to provide a healthy life for blood cells in the body. As well as creating a good coordination between the soul and the mind. The mood will be better if our mind fresh so indirectly contribute to the improvement of health conditions.
