The benefits of napping
      Remember, first as a child of parents always encouraged us to take a nap, to the extent that can be scolded if we did not obey when when we was playing. So important this nap, and then actually what benefits nap for our bodies? Perhaps the parents have a good reason behind it all. Most people use a night to sleep and during the day for work. Therefore, for some people are busy working may not have time for a nap, but did you actually take a nap in a short time has many benefits for the health of our brain and body. Not only nonsense because many studies have proved. Some of the benefits of napping is important for the health and it is important to know increase alertness and productivity, Increased memory and learning, Reduce stress, and Nourish the Heart
     Someone who took a nap, especially after a night of sleep deprivation day, then he will feel more alert and energetic and alertness will increase after waking from a nap. Scientists have proved that even a nap for 20 minutes about eight hours after you wake up from sleep the night will produce more stamina than sleeping 20 minutes in the morning.

Moreover, for participants who napped for 1 hour performance is faster and more accurate in the third and fourth sessions.
     Naps can reduce stress hormone levels become lower, so it is useful to make a person become more relaxed and reduce stress. Take a lunch break every day, find a quiet, comfortable and a nap. Even a short nap helpful making you feel refreshed, refresh, and more focused.
     Benefits nap that is not widely known is that it can reduce the risk of death from heart disease, particularly in healthy young men. This is shown in the results of research in which researchers studied 23,681 people living in Greece who had no history of coronary heart disease, stroke or cancer. For those who napped for 30 minutes at least three times a week had a 37% lower risk of death from heart disease than those who did not nap.
     In conclusion nap right will provide good benefits for our bodies. Naps should be short to produce maximum effectiveness. The beneficial effects of naps disappear and therefore it is advisable to take a nap for 15-35 minutes.
