perpetrators can easily carry out the action and to everyone without exception
to the child. Children can easily be persuaded, promised something that they
like, or promised to be rewarded. Then, they will follow the wishes of the
perpetrators of this crime.
These crimes often occur because the lack of
proper sex education to children. Those with less understanding about sex. Parents
and teachers should be able to give a precise understanding of the child in
order to avoid misunderstandings. Parents and teachers also play an important
role in shaping the character of children.
Child educated in order to respect others and
know the rights of each individual. If the child has a problem or looks
unusual, parents and teachers have had to approach to find out what happened to
the child. The lack of concern for others also support this action often occurs.
Lack of empathy for others. The perpetrators did not think about the impact of
what will happen after they committed this crime. Perpetrators who commit these
crimes are not rare people who have mental disorders. They vent their
frustration to people they do not know.
Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI)
called on the government to follow up any cases. Give punishment to the
perpetrators of crimes in order to get the deterrent effects or severe
punishments such as news reports that the perpetrators will get punishment
"emasculated".In this case the government, parents, teachers and the
community is very important to anticipate that these crimes do not happen
